Its summer right now in Australia, and its also the monsoon period.
i love it when summer are always rainy, you know sometimes the temperature could
go as high as 35 degrees, and man we need some rain.
for the past few days, there's thunderstorms and all.
luckily we moved out of The Gap, because it has been said that The Gap and its surrounding
suburbs are labelled "Disastrous area".
There are so many houses that got hit by fallen trees, blown off fences, roofs, and roads are
block by fallen trees. and worse of all FLOOD...
I used to work in a bowls club, and guess what happened to it? its pretty much a swimming pool now... The bowling ground had became muddy, carpets are damage by the flood,
for the first two days of the monsoon, there are a total of about SIX MILLION AUD worth of
damages in The Gap.... Thats how bad it was...
Our economy is as bad as it is, its a really bad time for a Monsoon period...
SIGH...
Following pictures are taken from my balcony during one of the storms.
There are not many because its too dark to take any clear pictures and i am too afraid to step out...

See how the water flushes upwards on the curb?
It only took 5 minutes for so much water...

Strong winds blowing on the ground that caused little "waves"

luckily we live uphill, or we will definately hit a minor flood.

When it starts to die down a little bit.

There's not much to say about the storm in this post, but i thought it would be fun to post some stormy photos...
i forgot to get my camera when i was at poopoo's house, because there were numerous of
fallen trees and fences.
